Data accompanying the manuscript "Sleep reveals dynamics integrating and segregating movement and stimulus representations in V1"

This Zenodo record provides the data accompanying the manuscript “Sleep reveals dynamics integrating and segregating movement and stimulus representations in V1”.

The repository contains the session-level and processed data required to reproduce the shared figure scripts and to perform additional analyses at the recording-session level. Data are organized by animal and session. Session folders contain MATLAB `.mat` files with curated single-unit spike times, multi-unit activity, unit-class metadata, recording-interval information, sleep-state annotations, visual-stimulation timing and metadata, rebinned behavioral variables, running-speed measurements, optogenetic-stimulation metadata for relevant sessions, and selected precomputed analysis outputs.

The `rebinned_variables.mat` files provide the main behavioral and movement predictors used in the analyses, including face motion, whisker-pad motion, cheek motion, running speed, pupil area, and optogenetic regressors where applicable. The `processed_files/` folder contains precomputed figure and model summaries used by the manuscript plotting scripts. These files are included to simplify reproduction of the published analyses, while the session-level files provide the primary source data for further reanalysis.
