Multiome single-cell RNA and ATAC sequencing from Young and Old Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSCs)

This repository contains all processed files used to generate figures in our manuscript. The study incorporates single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and CITE-seq data from mouse and human bone marrow, highlighting distinct chromatin and epigenetic states during hematopoietic aging which dictate multilineage potential. We integrated and analyzed multiple datasets to profile hematopoietic stem cells (LT-HSCs) across modalities and species. This includes: Mouse multiome single-cell RNA- and ATAC-seq from young and old HSCs (this study; GSE246464). HSCs from from Young (8-10 week-old ) and Old (22-23-month-old) C57BL/6 mice were Fluoroscent-Activated Sorted based on immunophenotypic definition (Lineage-CD34-CD48-CD150+LSK).
