Impact of social inequality on self realization of personality

The purpose of the research was to find out the cause of social inequality on the vertical mobility of self-governing activities and psychological variables referring to both influence. Main psychological concept was self realization of personality. Author wanted to research fundamental personality structures that predispose individual's self realization and his/hers characteristic of self-governance. The aim was to measure it with two essential factors; factor of freedom (liberty) and factor of frankness. Next problem was set in the scope of the research under which the author wanted to carry out the problem of values in connection with self governance and self realization. The third problem was dealing with social inequality and was set to find out how self realization influences the processes of social inequality (in terms of educational, creativity and social engagement inequality) and not necessarily objective conditions inequality under which respondents live in.
