The grain amaranth (Amaranthus hypochondriacus) NAC genes data set (gene including promoter region, CDS and protein)

This study identified 70 NAC genes (AhypNAC) in Amaranthus hypochondriacus, classifying them into 24 subfamilies, and characterized their structures, chromosomal distributions, and evolutionary dynamics. Promoter and expression analyses highlighted key genes (e.g., AhypNAC23, AhypNAC32, AhypNAC03) with potential roles in stress resilience, providing a basis for genetic engineering and breeding to enhance crop productivity.
