We successfully generated a pair of MET type I TKI-sensitive and resistant xenograft models from NSCLC tumor harboring METex14 mutations. With the full information of genetic and transcriptomic profile, this METex14 drug resistance xenograft models can be feasible tools to not only understand the mechanisms of NSCLC drug resistance but also to validate different treatment strategies in targeted TKI resistance.
