Displacement and velocity data for Shank, Thigh, and Thorax in the sagittal and frontal planes during squats, split squats, and single-leg squats

Time-normalised displacement and velocity data collected with inertial sensors for the dominant shank, thigh and thorax during squats, split squats and single-leg squats performed on land and in water. Also the sacral displacements to provide movement depth for each participant during the exercises.
