Dendritic spine loss deep in the neocortex, dendritic elimination and distortion with transport disturbances occur early in experimental pneumococcal meningitis

The dataset (.csv format) represent all collected values from the experiments. All data were collected by the application of image J, counting of dendritic spines was perfomed by double blinded observed.
