SBR Enriched Microbial Communities from a Danish Wastwater Treatment Plant Metagenome

The scope of the project is to assemble full genomes from two sequencing batch reactors (SBR's) that we have been running in our lab using metagenomics (SBR enriched microbial communities from a Danish Wastewater treatment plant). The bacteria that were enriched have no cultured representatives, but using the enriched metagenomes we were able to assemble their genomes. The goal of the study was to assemble full genomes from a complex microbial community, with special focus on TM7.
