Employer-level OSHA severe injury records for 84,000 U.S. employers, covering all mandatory reports of hospitalizations, amputations, and eye losses on record. Each row represents one employer with aggregated injury counts by type, event dates, parent-company rollup, total enforcement history, and cross-agency indicators showing which employers have enforcement records at multiple federal agencies. Employers are required to report these injuries within 24 hours under 29 CFR 1904.39.
