Dataset for "Mechanical plasticity of collagen directs branch elongation in human mammary gland organoids"

Live-cell imaging data from human mammary gland organoids during their branch elongation phase and related scripts analyzing the ECM deformations and the internal cell migration.

The labels of the image-files contain the days of cultivation and in special cases the drug with which the organoids were treated or the experimental manipulation how elongation was investigated.
