We will be using regular cell culture model and cryo-preparation protocol (Bissardon, et al. (2019). Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE), (154), e60461) to better understand the elemental content of cells when various cell-permeable fluorescent markers specific of different organelle are labelled together for multiplexed intracellular information.
