Purpose: analyze the transcriptomic changes occurring in spleen (SP) and lymph node (LN) stromal cells in a murine model of DLBCL. Purpose: analyze the transcriptomic changes occurring in FRCs in DLBCL mRNA was extracted from flow sorted FRCs (gating on CD45-, CD31-, PDPN+ cells) isolated from spleen and lymph nodes of lymphoma I{mu}BCL6 and age-matched WT mice Human samples: mRNA was isolated from healthy LN FRCs (p3) left untreated or conditioned with human DLBCL cells (cell lines or primary tumor cells) for 48 hours using transwell (pore size 0.4µm).
