RNAseq of bioprinted endothelial and microglia coculture models

This study investigates the use of 3D bioprinting technology to create endothelial cell and microglia cell coculture models for studying the effects of different glucose levels on diabetic conditions. The bioprinted models were subjected to varying glucose levels, and the responses of the cells were evaluated. The study aims to provide insights into the pathophysiology of diabetic conditions and to facilitate the development of new therapeutic interventions.
