Genotype data from 24 nuclear microsatellite loci for 40 mature neotropical black mangrove (Avicennia germinans) trees at a single collection site near their Atlantic Florida, USA range limit (29.7284, -81.2425). Usage notes: column 1: tree (identification code for each host-tree); column 2-3: lon/lat (geographic coordinates for each host-tree); column 4-51: multi-locus microsatellite genotype for each host tree (24-loci)
