PL324 held by Oaky Creek Holdings Pty Limited (OCH) wholly overlaps ML70327 (also held by OCH). OCH currently, and will continue, to extract and commercialise incidental coal seam gas (ICSG) from ML70327 to ensure the safe mining of coal from the underground longwall operation. OCH can continue to extract and commercialise ICSG from ML70327 without holding a Petroleum Lease. OCH hold mining tenure over the entire area of PL324 and will continue to conduct authorised activities within ML70327.
