Metal organic framework nanoparticles generated from hydrogen not only can continuously release hydrogen gas for more than 24 hours, but also have effective ROS scavenging activity. By reducing DNA damage and inhibiting hypoxia induced dysfunction of pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells, it effectively alleviates pulmonary vascular remodeling.
