Genome sequencing of six Drosophila melanogaster lines for the study of copy number variations. Drosophila melanogaster

For six DGRP (Drosophila Genetic Reference Panel) lines including 208, 303, 307, 379, 399 and 517, we generated high coverage (30GB for each) and long read (2x250bp) sequencing data for each lines in order to detect polymorphic tandem duplications and retrocopies. Unfortunately, we discovered admixture or contamination between these six lines later on. So, these data could be only treated as pooled data.
