These are data collected to test whether in solution lifetimes measure in the pooled format of PERSIST-seq (Pooled Evaluation of mRNA in-solution Stability, and In-cell Stability and Translation RNA-seq) match lifetimes measured in one-by-one experiments. Note that preliminary analysis suggests that the experimental pipeline results in artifactual decay curves where some of the mRNA's appear to persist longer in the pooled experiment data than in one-by-one experiments, perhaps due to RT-PCR artefacts.
