Assembly-based computations through contextual dendritic gating of plasticity

Cached simulation results and stored network states for "Assembly-based computations through contextual dendritic gating of plasticity". This record contains the precomputed data accompanying the code repository computational-neural-circuits/contextual-dendritic-gating. It consists of two archives: results.zip — a zipped copy of the repository's results/ folder, containing the cached simulation outputs (HDF5 files in sim_files/), the MATLAB input data (matlab/), and the figure PDFs. stored_networks.zip — a zipped copy of the repository's stored_networks/ folder, containing the precomputed Brian2 network states used by the figure scripts, organized in per-figure subdirectories. To use the data, download both archives and extract them at the root of the code repository so they recreate the results/ and stored_networks/ folders in place. With these files present, all figures can be regenerated directly from the published data without re-running the simulations, which are computationally expensive and can take many hours.
