This dataset contains the processed data used in the analysis of the manuscript "Integrative Multi-Omics and Single-Cell Analyses Identify MED15 as a JAK-Responsive Transcriptional Cofactor Implicated in Melanocyte Dysfunction in Vitiligo." To facilitate data access, we have uploaded key analysis results following the processing of GWAS summary statistics, TWAS, SMR, and single-cell RNA-seq data.
