Poynting Flux and Energy Conversion Rate Data derived from MMS Measurements at Earth's Bow Shock

Energy conversion rate and Poynting flux data from a shock event encountered by MMS on 11/08/2015 at ~0805 UT. This data was used in the published report Hull et al. (2024), Energy Transport and Conversion Within Earth's Supercritical Bow Shock: The Role of Intense Lower-Hybrid Whistler Waves, <i>Journal of Geophysical Research: Space </i><i>Physics</i>, https://doi.org/10.1029/2023JA031630. Energy conversion rate data are contained in IDL save files 20151104_0805_jdote.sav. Poynting flux data are contained in in the IDL save file 20151104_0805_sflux.sav. Also included is the file crib_20151104_0805_load_data.pro based on IDL and SPEDAS code that can be used to plot the data using tplot.pro. This crib assumes that the user is working in IDL and has downloaded and appropriately setup the lastest version of the SPEDAS software available at https://spedas.org. This crib uses the included files draw_color_scale_new.pro and colors_extended.tbl (a modified IDL color table with some customized tables).
