Survival-time data and qPCR Ct values of the Asian citrus psyllid, Diaphorina citri

This dataset contains phenotypic and qPCR data for the Asian citrus psyllid, Diaphorina citri. The Excel file includes two sheets: qPCR results and heat-treatment survival-time data. The qPCR sheet contains relative expression values, treatment temperature, population source, and corresponding manuscript figure information. The survival-time sheet contains survival time under heat treatment, population source, and corresponding manuscript figure information. These data support validation, reanalysis, and reuse in studies of heat-stress responses and phenotypic variation in D. citri.
