Minutes of Meeting: Permanent UNIMARC Committee, 3-5 June 2024

The 34th Annual Meeting of the Permanent UNIMARC Committee (PUC) was held online from 3–5 June and on 11 July 2024. Discussions included updates to the UNIMARC/A and UNIMARC/B manuals, harmonization with ISBDM, proposals for new fields and subfields, and the future of the UNIMARC format. Several proposals were approved, while others were postponed for future meetings. The planning of the upcoming UNIMARC Users Meeting was also addressed, and volunteers were invited to contribute to editorial and harmonization efforts.
