Illumina MiSeq (2x 300 bp paired end), ONT, and PacBio raw data used for the assembly of the Hanseniaspora meyeri (strain APC 12.1) genome. Two of the ONT datasets (ACP_12_1_all_PromethION.fastq and ACP_12_1_ONT_all_Rapid_MinION.fastq) are contaminated but contain long reads that can be used for scaffolding.
