Comparisons of gene expression profiles PMH infected or not by the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes (strain 10403S) for 72 hours and analysed by RNA-seq Overall design: We used RNA-seq to identify the repertoire of genes differentially expressed after 3 days of infection with Listeria monocytogenes 10403S strain in primary mouse hepatocytes.
