Inbound same-day and overnight visitors in Spain 2010-2022

In 2022, the number of international visitor arrivals in Spain grew by more than 100 percent after the strong drop recorded in the previous two years due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The total number of overnight tourists from other countries in Spain that year amounted to over 72 million, whereas same-day visitors amounted to 33 million.
