Targeted DNA sequencing of advanced breast cancer

The project was a part of research on generating organoids from advanced breast cancer patients. Targeted sequencing on 550 cancer-associated genes was performed on the collected samples to investigate the association between the patients' genetic profiles and the efficacy of drug treatments observed in organoid drug sensitivity screening.
