Bacillus anthracis strain:CR-6 Genome sequencing and assembly

American cockroach demonstrates remarkable adaptability as a household pest. Despite their success in microbe-rich environments, their gut microbiota remains underexplored. This study focuses on the genomic analysis of bacterial strains CR-6 and CR-9 isolated from the cockroach gut. The study reveals genomic features and possible adaptive mechanisms of bacteria CR-6 and CR-9 in the cockroach gut, suggesting versatile applications across fields, and underscoring the rich microbial diversity within resilient insects.
