Cloning of wing patterning genes of Nilaparvata lugens and their regulation on wing morph differentiation

We developed a transcriptomic sequence library from the wing pads of Nilaparvata lugens which will aim to identify candidate genes what are involved in the development of wings and will contribute to analysis of the differentially expression level .And the development of wings between the macropterous and brandypterous forms of Nilaparvata lugens,it will expand our understanding of the molecular mechanism between the development and the migration mechanism of Nilaparvata lugens .
