A view of Solid Waste Accounting and Billing System (SWABS) Customers point feature class that includes only non confidential (Public) records and customers from the old mainframe Waste Collections System (WCS). DSWM clerks are automatically submitting new customer accounts to the layer through their SWABS application interface which utilizes GIS Web Services.
