MRI Brain+Neck Atlases

MRI atlases generated from 218 IXI subjects [1], using the Multi-Brain (MB) toolbox [2]. There are three MR contrasts: T1-, T2- and PD-weighted. The atlases have both brain and neck coverage, and have 1 mm isotropic resolution.
