Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of paired samples from childhood cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment, using the Illumina Infinium Human MethylationEPIC Beadchip arrays. Samples included 32 paired samples (i.e. total 64 samples), with the second sample taken after treatment . Specific therapies and duration between samples varied. Bisulphite converted DNA from the 64 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium Human MethylationEPIC Beadchip arrays
