Scopus Bibliometric Dataset: Digital Work, Psychosocial Risks, Organizational Trust, and Workplace Conflict (2010–2026)

This bibliometric dataset comprises 1,427 English-language peer-reviewed scientific articles published between 2010 and 2026, retrieved from the Scopus database on July 29, 2026, using a structured Boolean search query across four primary domains: digital and remote work (telework, hybrid work, technostress, and algorithmic management), psychosocial occupational risks and well-being (burnout, work-family conflict, cyberbullying, and hyperconnectivity), organizational trust (interpersonal and swift trust), and workplace conflict dynamics (role, task, and relationship conflict). The dataset is formatted as a UTF-8 encoded CSV file containing 45 comprehensive metadata fields, including article titles, abstracts, authors, affiliations, citation counts, funding details, DOIs, and over 7,600 unique author keywords indexed in prominent journals such as Frontiers in Psychology, Sustainability, and Current Psychology. Given the depth and granularity of its parameters, this dataset serves as a robust resource for conducting scientometric and bibliometric analyses, mapping co-authorship and keyword co-occurrence networks via tools such as VOSviewer or Bibliometrix (R package), and supporting systematic literature reviews within organizational psychology, occupational health, and human resource management.
