资源简介:
Tobacco is an economically significant crop used for industrial products and biofuel production. Ralstonia solanacearum causes bacterial wilt (BW), a destructive disease in tobacco that significantly impacts crop yield. In this study, we conducted hydroponic experiments for the root expression profiles of D101 (resistant, R) and Honghuadajinyuan (susceptible, S) cultivars in response to BW infection at 0 h, 6 h, 1 d, and 7d to explore defense mechanisms of BW resistance in tobacco.
