We preformed RNA seq on invitro fibroblasts after mono-cultured or co-cultured with macrophages in DMEM or with 4T1-conditioned medium , In order to understand the affect of cancer on macrophages-fibroblasts interactions Overall design: We performed RNA-sequencing of the co-cultures at the ON state. As control, we analyzed mono-cultured fibroblasts and macrophages. Fibroblasts and BMDMs were seeded at 3×?10^5 into a pre-coated 6 well plate. The co-cultures and the mono-cultures were grown in DMEM or with 4T1 conditioned medium.
