This series is comprised of minutes of the meetings of the Wagga Wagga Pastures Protection Board. The first four volumes of the series are handwritten into bound volumes; the last two volumes contain typed minutes on loose pages.Some of the information contained within the minutes includes the date, time and place of the meeting, attendees and apologies, a record of correspondence inwards and outwards, and reports from the different sections within the Board, including an Inspector's Report, Ranger's Report, Financial Report, and a Secretary's Report, and any other items of business discussed within the meeting.The first nine months of minutes start with the heading: "Wagga Wagga Rabbit Board. A meeting of the members of the Board under the Rabbit Act of 1901 took place at the Pastures and Stock Protection Room, Express Building, Johnstone Street, Wagga Wagga..." Reflecting the agency's change in name and function from the meeting held on 6 August 1903, all meetings begin with the following: "Meeting of Directors of the Wagga Wagga Pastures Protection Board..." This continues until the end of the series.
