“FHICC**” refers to intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tumors from different patients; “NTL” indicates the absence of detectable tumors in the liver based on the surgeon's intraoperative assessment.
The files labeled "DX_Hs_P2S5_M*_0401.bed" represent meningioma samples. The * indicates individual patients, ranging from A to AE, with # denoting replicate samples for the same patient. DX_Hs_P2S5_MG1_A_0401.bed and DX_Hs_P2S5_MG1_B_0401.bed are two raw bed files for MG patient replicate 1. We concatenated the two bed files to create one MG1 sample for analysis in the manuscript.
The files labeled "DX_Hs_P2S5_B*_0424.bed" or "DX_Hs_P2S5_B*_0429.bed" represent breast cancer samples. The identifiers BC through BO correspond to unique patients, and # denotes replicate samples for a given patient. Deidentified metadata for these samples is available in the accompanying breast_meta.xls file.
