This is the research data for the study titled "Singapore Student Nurses’ Perception of Professional Identity data".Nurses' professional identity is important for their career orientation and clinical practice. This study explored Singaporean student nurses' perceptions of professional identity and its impact on their practice. An exploratory descriptive qualitative research study was carried out with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected using participants’ written expression and analysed using thematic analysis.
