Crop diversification is increasingly revealed to play an important role in shaping microbiome composition and function by triggering rhizosphere microbial functions. However, the rhizosphere microbial functions under diversified crop rotations are rarely reported. Particularly, the regulation of key metabolites on rhizosphere microbiome is still unclear.
