Study on Transcriptome of Arabidopsis thaliana in Low Temperature Response. Arabidopsis thaliana

A transcriptome analysis of arr1 arr12 and WT plants was performed with or without cold treatment to identify the type-B ARR-dependent cold-responsive genes. We identified a large number of cold-responsive genes that were differentially expressed in the arr1 arr12 double mutant in comparison with the WT plants, including a group of hormone-related genes and several genes related to lipid metabolism.
