UHGG v2 reference for LocalHGT

Genome reference for HGT analysis in human gut microbiome, specifically for LocalHGT with UHGG v2.0.2. Usage: 1. Please download the file UHGG_v2.0.2_representative.fasta.gz and unzip it by gzip -d UHGG_v2.0.2_representative.fasta.gz After that, pass the full path of the file "UHGG_v2.0.2_representative.fasta" to LocalHGT by localhgt bkp -r /path-to/UHGG_v2.0.2_representative.fastaor localhgt event -r /path-to/UHGG_v2.0.2_representative.fasta 2. UHGG_v2.0.2_representative.fasta.fai is the index file, you can download it or not. If you download it, you should put it in the same folder as UHGG_v2.0.2_representative.fasta.If you don't download it, LocalHGT will generate it automatically.
