Active sensing of surface tractions optimizes undulatory locomotion
收藏资源简介:
CurvatureKymo.zip Contains raw and numerical data for "Active sensing of surface tractions optimizes undulatory locomotion" by Pidde et al. theta_"x".npz contains the backbone curvatures of individual C elegans animals crawling on different elastic substrates with a nominal stiffness of 0.5, 3 and 100 kPa. Curvatures were extracted using Tierpsy tracker (Javer et al, Nature Methods, 2018). MEC4.zip Contains the raw *.avi files and stage coordinates from the single animal tracking as described in Das (2021). These videos were analysed using a custom code to extract the 3 first eigenworms as described in Das (2021), based on a pipeline presented in Broekmans (2016), and displayed in Fig. 1 and Extended Data Fig. 3. N2.zip Selection of the raw *.avi files and stage coordinates from the single animal tracking as described in Das (2021).
