To study the carcinogenesis mechanisms of CRC, we established a mouse model with azoxymethane (AOM) and dextran sodium sulfate (DSS), and investigated the genome variants by exome sequencing on three neoplastic tissues, aberrant crypt foci (ACF), tumors with small size and tumors with large size.
