Soil nutrient data set of long-term observation samples by Huanjiang Observation and Research Station for Karst Ecosystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2006 to 2022

Huanjiang Observation and Research Station for Karst Ecosystems of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Huanjiang Station) is an important long-term field observation and research station for agroecosystems in southwest karst area of China. It is an experimental sample site arranged according to CERN network monitoring standards. Since 2005, Huanjiang Station has carried out monitoring activities on water, soil, biology, meteorology and other environmental factors of the farmland ecosystem in the Karst cluster depression in accordance with the requirements of CNERN and CERN farmland ecosystem observation indicators. This dataset collected and collated soil nutrient data of 8 long-term monitoring sample sites in Huanjiang Station from 2006 to 2022, including 9 indexes such as soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, rapidly available potassium, slow available potassium, and pH value, all of which were subject to data quality control and were accompanied by complete sample background information and analysis method records. The data of this dataset reflected the dynamic changes of soil conventional nutrient content of traditional representative crops such as early and late rice, corn, soybean, mulberry leaf and citrus in the karst peak cluster depression agricultural area in northwest Guangxi, and provided a reference basis for guiding agricultural production and cultivating soil fertility in the karst peak cluster depression.
中国科学院环江喀斯特生态系统观测研究站（Huanjiang Observation and Research Station for Karst Ecosystems of Chinese Academy of Sciences，简称环江站）是中国西南喀斯特地区农业生态系统重要的长期野外观测研究站点，为依据中国生态系统研究网络（CERN）监测规范布设的试验样地。自2005年起，环江站依据中国国家生态系统研究网络（CNERN）与CERN农田生态系统观测指标要求，对喀斯特峰丛洼地农田生态系统的水体、土壤、生物、气象等环境要素开展监测工作。本数据集整理收录了环江站2006年至2022年间8个长期监测样地的土壤养分数据，涵盖土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾、缓效钾及pH值共9项指标；所有数据均经过质量控制，并附带完整的样地背景信息与分析方法记录。本数据集的数据反映了桂西北喀斯特峰丛洼地农业区早稻、晚稻、玉米、大豆、桑树及柑橘等传统代表性作物种植下的土壤常规养分含量动态变化，可为喀斯特峰丛洼地的农业生产指导与土壤肥力培育提供参考依据。
