A DNA Methylation Based Liquid Biopsy for Triple Negative Breast Cancer

We have developed a blood test for an aggressive form of breast cancer called triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). This test is based on identifying DNA from the tumour in blood using its distinct pattern of DNA methylation, which is a modified form of DNA. This test is shown to be very specific and sensitive.
