Sustainability assessment of dairy production systems: Dataset of the Milkey project

This dataset gathers sustainability indicators from the DEXi-Dairy sustainability assessment. The sustainability indicators were populated by farm data from seven European case study farms from Norway (NO), France (FR), Germany (DE), and Ireland (IR). The farm data was collected by using the MilKey data template and data collection guide (Baillet et al, 2022 a,b). All indicators presented in this dataset are described in the DEXi-Dairy indicator handbook (Baillet et al, 2022c). The datatset is composed of 4 parts, i.e., environmental indicators, economic indicators, social indicators, and farm characteristics.
