Whole transcriptome sequencing of bone marrow mononuclear cells of pediatric AML

Using Next generation sequencing technology, we have performed whole transcriptome sequencing of bone marrow mononuclear cells isolated from the collected bone marrow samples of pediatric(less than 18 years) acute myeloid leukemia patients and compared with the control bone marrow samples of pediatric patients with solid malignancies having normal marrow (without infiltration of tumor cells in the bone marrow) for the identification of novel prognostic markers in AML
