Data from 315 respondents to assess the level of cognitive and operational readiness of citizens of the region to ensure their own digital security (Ukraine)

The dataset contains responses from 315 citizens of the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine collected through a questionnaire survey conducted from March to June 2025. The original questionnaire included 49 items; for the purposes of this study, 24 variables were selected, including 7 indicators of cognitive cybersecurity awareness and 17 indicators of applied cyberliteracy. The dataset was used to verify the proposed framework for assessing the cognitive and operational readiness of citizens to ensure their own digital security. It reflects respondents’ attitudes toward information security and their interaction with the digital environment. The sample includes respondents with diverse socio-demographic characteristics and may be used for replication and further comparative analysis.
