16S rRNA gene V3-V4 region sequencing data of in vitro simulated fermentation samples

In this study, we prepared fecal microbial suspensions from healthy individuals and cultivated the microbial mixtures using an in vitro batch fermentation method. During the cultivation process, quorum sensing signal molecules were added. The C4HSL, C6HSL, and C8HSL groups were treatment groups with different types of quorum sensing signal molecules added, while the NC group was the control group without any quorum sensing signal molecules added.
