This dataset contains individual-level data from rats collected across Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain) between 2022 and 2024. It includes all individual-level host and environmental variables used in the analyses. Exact geographic coordinates have been removed to avoid disclosing sensitive epidemiological locations.
